Return Policy for ERM Art:

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

All our art prints and canvas pieces are made-to-order specifically for you. As these products are manufactured according to your specifications, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under consumer protection law.

When You Can Return:

We accept returns and offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues
• Wrong product was shipped

How to Proceed:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• Description of the problem

We assess each case individually and offer either a replacement product or full refund for valid claims.

Return Shipping:

We cover return shipping costs when the issue is our responsibility. Products must be returned in original packaging.

Please Note:

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variations due to different screen displays.
